Welcome to the Babelon platform, which is owned and operated by Babelon Umanu Inc. ("Babelon", “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile and web applications (the “App”). By using Babelon, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Babelon.
• During open testing, access may be limited to users 18+.
• By using the App, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
   

• You are responsible for keeping your login details (like your password) secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. 
• You may delete your account at any time in the App or by contacting us.
   

• You keep ownership of the stories, posts, and comments you create (“User Content”).
• By posting, you give us a non-exclusive license to display, share, and distribute your content within Babelon so other users can view it.
• You agree not to post illegal, harmful, or infringing content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
   

When using Babelon, you agree not to:

• Break any laws or regulations (including copyright, data protection, or cybercrime laws).
• Harass, abuse, or harm others. 
• Upload spam, malware, or harmful code. 
• Copy or misuse other people’s content without permission.
   

• The Babelon name, logo, and software are owned by us.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.
   

• Babelon is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or secure.
• We may change, suspend, or stop providing parts of the App at any time.
   

• Babelon is a platform for user-generated content. We do not pre-screen all content and cannot guarantee that everything published is lawful or accurate.
• Users are responsible for the content they upload. By posting, you confirm that you have the rights or permission to share it.
• If you believe something on Babelon infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact us at admin@babelon.ai. We will review and, if necessary, remove it.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Babelon and its creators are not liable for:
  • Content posted by users.
  • Losses or damages resulting from use of the App.
  • Temporary interruptions, errors, or data loss.
• You use Babelon at your own risk.
   

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you in the App or by email. Continued use means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, United States.
